Is there a cost to join the Binoova Affiliate Programme?
No — joining is completely free. There are no fees, no deposits, no minimum commitment and no monthly targets. You apply, get approved, start sharing your link, and earn when people subscribe.
How do I know who signed up through my link?
Every referral through your personal link is tracked automatically in your affiliate dashboard. You see the timestamp, the plan they subscribed to, and the commission amount — in real time. There is no ambiguity about who came from you.
What if the person I refer switches plan or upgrades?
If a referred operator upgrades from Basic to Enterprise, your commission is recalculated based on the higher plan value. You earn the difference. If they downgrade, your commission is adjusted accordingly. All changes are handled automatically.
How long does my referral cookie last?
Your referral tracking cookie lasts 60 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up any time within 60 days — even if they don't subscribe immediately — you get credited for the referral when they eventually do subscribe.
Can I refer someone in Nigeria as well as Liberia?
Yes. The Binoova Affiliate Programme covers both Nigeria and Liberia. If you refer an operator in Nigeria, you earn the same commission rates. Your single affiliate link works across both markets.
What is the minimum payout amount?
The minimum payout is $5 USD. A single Basic plan referral earns you $5–$10 depending on your tier, so most affiliates hit the minimum with their very first referral. If you are below $5 in a given month, the balance rolls over to the next month.
Can I also use Binoova myself as a Susu collector or merchant?
Absolutely. Many of our best affiliates are also Binoova operators themselves — they experience the product, believe in it, and refer it naturally. You cannot refer yourself, but you can hold both a Binoova operator account and an affiliate account simultaneously.
What happens if a referred operator cancels their subscription?
Commission is earned when payment is confirmed. If an operator cancels after paying, you keep the commission for the period paid. If they fail to pay or receive a refund within the first 14 days (our trial period is free, so this is rare), the commission is reversed. We will always communicate any adjustments clearly.
