Does Binoova hold my clients' money?
No — never. Binoova is a software platform. When your client pays via Orange Money or MTN MoMo, the mobile money processor sends the funds directly to your account. Binoova only receives transaction data to update your dashboard and send SMS confirmations.
How long does it take to go live?
Most operators are fully live within 24 hours. The process involves subscribing, completing the Orange Money merchant onboarding (which Binoova assists with), getting your branded subdomain active, and adding your first clients or buyers.
Do my clients need a smartphone or bank account?
No. Clients only need a basic mobile phone with an active Orange Money or MTN MoMo wallet. No smartphone, no bank account, and no internet required for the client to make payments — only you (the operator) need access to the dashboard.
Are there per-transaction fees from Binoova?
No. Binoova charges one flat annual (or monthly) subscription fee. There are no per-transaction commissions, no revenue-share, and no hidden fees from Binoova. The mobile money processor (e.g. Orange Money) may charge their standard transaction fees, which are separate from Binoova's pricing.
Can I use both the Susu SaaS and Merchant BNPL on the same account?
Yes. A business can hold subscriptions to both products simultaneously. They operate independently — your Susu group members and your Pay Small Small buyers are managed in separate dashboards within the same Binoova account.
What happens when a client misses a payment?
You and your client both receive an instant SMS alert. For Merchant BNPL, any configured default fee is applied automatically after the grace period. Retry logic attempts the debit again on the next available date. Your dashboard flags overdue accounts so you can follow up directly if needed.
Is my clients' data private?
Absolutely. Binoova will never sell, share or monetise your client data. Saver ratings and buyer payment scores are private to each operator and their specific clients. No data is shared between different Binoova operators.
What currencies are supported?
Binoova currently supports USD, Nigerian Naira (NGN) and Liberian Dollar (LRD). You can set pricing in whichever currency makes sense for your clients. Currency per operator is flexible.
