Own and evolve the Binoova core platform — from mobile money integration APIs to operator dashboards. Node.js or Python backend, React frontend, mobile-first thinking essential.
Deep experience with Orange Money, MTN MoMo or similar West African mobile money APIs. You will be the person who makes the payment rails sing — and debugs them at 2am when they don't.
Design clear, usable experiences for operators and clients who are often on basic Android phones with limited data. Figma proficiency required. Experience designing for low-literacy contexts a big plus.
Own Binoova's growth across Liberia. Acquire new Susu/Kuu collectors and Pay Small Small merchants, manage operator relationships, coordinate Orange Money partnership, and represent Binoova in Monrovia. Must have existing network in Liberian informal finance or commerce.
Onboard new Binoova operators in Liberia — walk them through setup, answer questions via WhatsApp and phone, ensure they go live quickly. Empathetic communicator with good tech literacy required. English and Liberian English essential.
