Yes, Binoova operates under the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Nigeria. We partner with licensed financial institutions and mobile money operators to ensure all transactions are secure and compliant with Nigerian financial regulations.

Binoova is built as an offline-first application. Your data is stored locally on your device when you have poor or no network connectivity. Once you're back online, all transactions sync automatically to the cloud. This ensures you can continue working even during network outages.

For Akawo Operators

Download the Binoova app from Google Play Store, click "Sign Up as Operator," provide your personal details, NIN for verification, and bank account information. Once verified (takes 24-48 hours), you can start adding clients and collecting contributions.

Binoova provides digital receipts with transaction IDs for every payment. If a client disputes, show them the receipt in your app. For bank transfers, we provide transaction references. This eliminates "I paid you" disputes common in the Akawo business.

Yes! While the app provides the best experience, you can also use Binoova via USSD code *347*7# on any mobile phone. This allows you to record collections, check balances, and receive SMS confirmations without a smartphone.

For Merchants

Register as a merchant on Binoova Business, create payment plans (daily, weekly, or monthly installments), and share your unique QR code or payment link with customers. You'll receive notifications for each payment and can track all installments in your dashboard.

Merchants pay 1.5% per successful installment collection, capped at ₦500 per transaction. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges. You only pay when you receive payments from customers.

Payments are settled to your bank account within 24 hours of receipt. For urgent withdrawals, you can use Instant Transfer (additional 1% fee) to receive funds in minutes. Weekend payments are processed on the next business day.

For End Users

Yes. Binoova operators are verified individuals with proper identification. Every payment you make generates a digital receipt with transaction ID. Your contributions are also insured up to ₦500,000 per operator through our partner insurance company.

Binoova maintains records of all transactions. If an operator becomes unavailable, contact our support team with your transaction receipts. We'll help recover your funds from the operator's secured account and assist in transferring to another verified operator.

Absolutely. You can make contributions via USSD (*347*7#), bank transfer using your operator's unique account number, or give cash to your operator who will record it digitally and send you an SMS receipt immediately.

Yes, Binoova operates in full compliance with regulations from the Central Bank of Liberia. We work closely with licensed mobile money operators and maintain all required standards for financial services providers in Liberia.

Binoova's offline mode allows you to record transactions even without internet. The app stores data locally and syncs automatically when you're back in coverage areas. This is particularly useful in rural areas where network connectivity can be intermittent.

For Susu Operators

Visit any Orange or Lonestar agent location to register for Binoova, or download the app and complete digital registration. You'll need a valid ID, mobile money account, and to complete our operator training (free). Verification takes 2-3 business days.

Yes, Binoova supports both major mobile money networks in Liberia. You can receive payments via either platform and manage all collections in one dashboard. This flexibility allows you to serve clients regardless of their mobile money provider.

During network outages, you can record cash collections in offline mode. The app will generate digital receipts that you can share later when network is restored. All transaction data syncs automatically once connectivity returns.

For Merchants

Register for Binoova Business, set up your payment plans, and share your unique payment code with customers. They can pay via Orange Money, Lonestar MTN, or bank transfer. You'll receive real-time notifications for each installment payment.

Merchants pay 2% per transaction for mobile money payments and 1.5% for bank transfers. These fees are deducted from received payments, so you don't need to pay upfront. There are no monthly fees or setup costs.

Yes, Binoova Business allows you to create multiple payment plans for different products or services. Each plan can have different terms (amount, frequency, duration) and you can track all customer payments in your comprehensive dashboard.

For End Users

Use the "Find Operator" feature in the Binoova app or dial *347*7# and select "Find Operator." You'll see verified operators in your area with ratings and reviews from other users. All Binoova operators are verified and trained.

All contributions through Binoova are recorded digitally with transaction IDs. If you have issues with an operator, contact our support with your transaction receipts. We maintain a compensation fund for verified disputes and will help recover your contributions.

Yes! With Binoova, you can save with multiple operators simultaneously. The app consolidates all your contributions in one dashboard, showing total savings across different operators, payment schedules, and upcoming contribution dates.

Pay Small Small Feature

In your Binoova settings, enable "Automatic Reminders" and set your preferred timing (1 day before, same day, etc.). The system will automatically send SMS or app notifications to customers about upcoming payments, reducing manual follow-up work.

Technical Support

Restart the app and check "Pending Transactions" in your dashboard. If the transaction shows as incomplete, you can retry it. All data is backed up locally and in the cloud, so you won't lose transaction records even if the app crashes.
